WHO WE ARE
Christian Heckscher
Originally trained as an artist and craftsman in Belgium,
Christian Heckscher has worked closely with interior
designers and architects in Europe, North America and
Asia since 1971. He opened his first studio in Brussels
and moved to the United States in 1980 to create
unequaled etched metal work for high-end hospitality
and residential projects.

Lift Design
Christian works with a team of talented craftsman
specializing in the unusual and intricate metal work
required of custom projects. Their skills in fabricating
metal pieces have been praised and valued by
architectural and design firms for over three decades.
